The “right” thing to do

The “right” thing to do
December 10, 2010 Derek Fournier

As part of what will be known as the T-Suite, the concepts of Team, Trust, Truth, Tradition and Thankfulness, while sounding very “touchy feely” are critical to a successful organization. Now while I assert that life is rarely “black or white,” I do believe that as leaders we have a sense for what we feel is “right” most of the time. It is when we act in a way that contradicts that sense that we have issues.

In my first Video Blog for Plain Sight, I talk about doing the “right” thing (all apologies to Spike Lee) and give a few example for how that act alone can make you attract more talented people, more business and enhanced success.
